The runtime and quantity counter delivers statuses to an external system via two floating contacts.
Characteristics
- Two floating 24 volt output signals
- Effective machining time active with active NC program (customer-specific solution on request)
- Pulse of 1 s duration as a quantity counter at the end of a pallet job
- Runtime and quantity counter active with the following parameters: operating mode Auto, NC program sequence (not M00, M02, M30), NC start pressed, no single block selected, feed override not at 0 % and no feed stop
