Manual loading of tools directly into the spindle
Characteristics
- If it is found during program execution that a called-up tool is not available in the magazine, guided manual loading directly into the spindle is offered automatically. A tool loaded via “Tool-Pickup” cannot be unloaded into the magazine. Before the next programmed tool change, the machine requests manual removal.For manual removal of the tools from the spindle, an optional removal tool is available.This functions can be adjusted to the individual requirements by means of various settings.Loading tools which exceed the limit values specified on the tool rating plate at the tool loading station is at the operator’s own risk.For further information, refer to the programming and operating instructions.
