Energy Monitoring (EM) uses measuring sensors to record and log the machine's electrical energy consumption and compressed air consumption, and makes this data available for visualization in the Heller Services Interface (HSI). Consumption can be displayed for a specific machine, NC program, or tool. In addition, consumption is broken down according to energy status in accordance with VDMA-34179. The time interval for analyzing energy-saving potential can be freely selected. Energy costs and associated CO2 emissions are automatically calculated based on the consumption data. EM also includes functions for cross-machine energy comparisons.

Characteristics

  • _ One time product
  • Retrofit package effort (hardware and service hours on site) subject to technical inspection

Benefits

  • _ Precise analysis: Consumption values per machine, program, or tool
  • Cost check: Automatic calculation of energy costs and CO2 emissions based on your individual costs
  • Transparent comparison: Easily compare the energy requirements of different machines

Requirements

  • _ Depending on the existing machine configuration, the HELLER4Industry functionality HSI-private or HSI-global are required for EM.
  •  The technical requirements and contractual conditions are set out in the "Terms and Conditions HELLER4Industry".
