AC for monitoring axis wear during the traversing movement of the main axes is a sensor-free function, which monitors the quality of the drivetrain. The specified limits can therefore be used to make predictions about proper operation and to reduce unscheduled downtimes. The logged data are visualised in the HELLER Services Interface.

Requirements
- Depending on the existing machine configuration, AC requires the HELLER4Industry functionality HELLER Services Interface Global, if necessary with Remote Diagnostics or HELLER Services Interface Private (if necessary with HELLER CONNECT Box). The technical requirements and contractual conditions are set out in the "Terms and Conditions HELLER4Industry".
