Choose from the following modules: inspection, service or data security. We will prepare a fixed price offer for you, including all freight and packaging costs, as well as travel and incidental expenses.

Just for you: you will get the TPS Modules as a one-off service, no contractual obligation, or for individual periods to suit your requirements.

HELLER Remote Diagnostic Services (RDS) can provide you with maintenance and process reports quickly and easily by email or SMS, any time and everywhere. You then decide whether our specialist should log in to the machine after your consent.

HELLER Condition Dependent Services (CDS) allows you to lay a solid foundation for predictive maintenance procedures.

To determine the condition of individual machine components, status information is captured or generated using automated uploads and regular test series. If process-relevant limits are exceeded, you will be proactively notified by a technical expert.

This allows you to reduce unscheduled downtimes and ensure the availability of your machine.
