We are looking for the best people to join our team. That is why we place great emphasis on excellent, qualified training. For students or apprentices, HELLER provides in-depth and competent support throughout all stages of vocational education up to completion of the apprenticeship or degree and also helps them with their choice of career when entering the professional world.

Vocational training at HELLER: a safe bet for the future.

HELLER provides vocational training in the following areas:

  • Industrial mechanic (f/m)
  • Milling machine operator (f/m)
  • Mechatronics engineer (f/m)
  • Electronic technician in automation engineering (f/m)
  • Technical product designer (f/m)

If you are interested in an apprenticeship training position at HELLER, please send us your job application portfolio one year before the start of the apprenticeship at the beginning of the summer holidays (applications by e-mail welcome).

Your portfolio should include:

  • Letter stating why you are interested in the aspired profession
  • CV
  • Your last 2 school reports (certified copies)
  • Certificates from internships completed

Should your interests meet with our requirements profile we will invite you to complete an aptitude test. Following successful completion of the test, you will be invited to a job interview. If all goes well, we can start our future together!

HELLER gives school graduates the chance to get a real “taste” of the world of machine tools. A one-week internship provides students with an opportunity to get to know the industry, the work environment and the potential fields of activity and job opportunities provided by a machine tool manufacturer.


If you are interested in completing an internship at HELLER, please send us your written application six months before the start of your internship (applications by e-mail welcome). Please submit an informal letter with your personal information, the desired period of the internship and a short explanation why you are interested in the aspired profession.
