2010

Innovative milling technology (HELLER uP­Gear Technology) for bevel and spur gear machining on 5-­axis machining centres from the MCH­-C and F series using specially developed tools and NC cycles.

2009

HELLER launched the new F series for the complete machining and the simultaneous 5-axis machining.

2007

Launching of revolutionary manufacturing concept ModuleLine and H series machining centres

2000

ISO 9001, QS 9000 TES and VDA 6.4 certification; doubling of production capacity of US plant; new range of machining centres MCi, MCH and MCH-C with a swivel head unit, introduction of internal crankshaft milling machine RFK 300

1990

Introduction of the machining centre series MCP, MCS, MCA, MC and HCS; Flexible System Transferline; turnover increases to over DM 500m

1980

Introduction of the BEA machining centre range and the uni-Pro 80 CNC control, expansion of Plant 2, opening of the plant in Chicago/USA, crankshaft turn-broaching centres

HELLER-proprietary uni-Pro CNC control, flexible manufacturing systems, crankshaft milling machines with internally toothed milling cutters, camshaft milling machines; foundation of plants in England and Brazil

Machining centres, cold circular sawing machines with carbide saw blades, rotary table transfer machines; opening of Plant 2 in Nürtingen

Special-purpose machines and transferlines, bed-type production milling machines and turret-head drilling machines, introduction of 24-volt relay controls
